NPK 23 10 5 CAN BE FUN FOR ANYONE

I tried 10/ten/ten and it seemed to generate lots of environmentally friendly plants but no plentiful fruit. Beets experienced great leaves but smaller beets, tomatoes experienced five ‘ crops but fruit was tiny rather than plentiful, exactly what is this backyard garden lacking?
